Websites + business automation

Websites that win enquiries. Automation that keeps them moving.

We build professional websites for small businesses — and connect what happens next, from the first enquiry to the booking, the reminder and the follow-up.

  • For UK small businesses
  • Designed mobile-first
  • Clear scope and price before work starts
  • Works with tools you already use

Illustration of an example customer journey: a customer fills in an enquiry form on a small business website, receives a confirmation, the business owner is notified on their phone, the details are saved, a booking is confirmed and a reminder is sent the day before.

Start from where you are

You don't need to have it all figured out.

Most businesses we speak to aren't starting from scratch — and they aren't starting from perfect either. Pick the one that sounds most like you.

Where we'd usually start: a website

Keep your social pages. Give customers somewhere to land.

Social media is great for showing your work, but customers struggle to find prices, services or how to book. A simple, fast website brings it together — and links back to your pages, so nothing you've built is lost.

Where we'd usually start: website + simple enquiry form

Answer the common questions before they're asked.

WhatsApp is quick, but answering the same questions over and over takes hours. A website answers them upfront, and a short form collects what you need before you reply. Keep WhatsApp for the conversations that matter.

NextOne enquiry with everything you need — and a WhatsApp button for quick chats

Where we'd usually start: a website around your booking tool

If your booking tool works, keep it.

Calendly and similar tools are good at taking bookings. What they don't do is introduce your business. We'd give customers a proper place to land first — your services, prices and personality — with booking built straight into the page. That's exactly what we did for Baba Yaro Barbers.

NextYour own website, with the same booking tool built in

Where we'd usually start: an honest review

Improve it or rebuild it? We'll tell you which.

We'll look at what you have first. Sometimes a site needs rebuilding; sometimes it just needs clearer content, a better experience on phones and an easier way to get in touch. Either way, you'll get a straight answer.

Where we'd usually start: automation

Let the repetitive steps take care of themselves.

If you're copying enquiries into spreadsheets, chasing replies and sending reminders by hand, automation handles the routine parts — while you keep the conversations that need a person.

Demo concepts are fictional businesses we designed to show what's possible for each trade. They don't include reviews, results or claims — because there aren't any to show. Client work is always labelled as a real project, and real work replaces demos as we complete it.

Websites

A website that works as hard as you do.

Not an online brochure. A business tool that makes a strong first impression and makes the next step obvious.

  • Make the right first impression

Look as professional online as you are in person.

  • Explain what you do, clearly

Services, prices and areas covered — no guesswork.

  • Built for phones first

Most customers find you on a phone, so that's where we start.

  • Make getting in touch effortless

Short forms, tap-to-call, WhatsApp and booking, wherever they help.

  • Help local customers find you

Solid search foundations, with your business details set up properly.

  • Connect what you already use

Booking tools, social pages, email and more — working together.

Keep what works. Improve what doesn't.

We won't replace a tool that's doing its job. If your booking system, inbox or spreadsheet works, we connect it into a better experience for your customers — just as we kept Calendly for Baba Yaro.

Before and after

Your website should do more than sit there.

For most small businesses the enquiry isn't the hard part. Everything that has to happen by hand afterwards is. Here's the same week, before and after.

  1. Enquiries sitting unanswered in an inbox

An instant reply to the customerEven when you're on a job

  2. Twenty WhatsApp messages to book one job

Enquiries that arrive completeEverything you need to quote, in one go

  3. Customer details spread across notebooks and spreadsheets

Every enquiry saved in one placeNot lost in an inbox

  4. No-shows because nobody sent a reminder

Reminders before, follow-up afterFewer no-shows, more repeat customers

  5. Never quite getting round to asking for reviews

Review requests that actually get sentAt the right moment

Business automation

The follow-up happens, even when you're busy.

Automation means the repetitive steps take care of themselves. Somebody sends an enquiry: their details are saved, they get a confirmation, and you're notified straight away — without you copying anything anywhere.

About PAIRVA

Big-company experience. Small-business sense.

Based in Leicester · Working with businesses across the UK

PAIRVA Digital Solutions builds websites for small and independent businesses — and connects what happens after the enquiry, so bookings, reminders and follow-ups don't depend on you remembering.

The experience behind it comes from more than a decade building and running the systems behind large organisations, including in banking, where things have to work every time. We bring that same care to a barbershop's booking page or an electrician's quote form: built properly, tested on real phones, and set up to keep working long after launch.

You'll deal with the person who plans and builds your project, from the first conversation to launch. No account managers, no hand-offs, nothing outsourced.

We explain things in plain English, we're upfront about costs, and we'll tell you when something isn't worth building — even if that means less work for us.

  • Plain English, no jargon
  • Keep what already works
  • Fixed scope and price, in writing, before we start
  • No fake reviews. No inflated claims.

Questions

Before we get started.

Can't see your question? Ask us directly.

How much does a website cost?

Websites start at £950, and most come in between £950 and £1,800. Automation starts at £450, and the two together start at £1,450. We're not VAT registered, so there's no VAT on top.

Where you land depends on the scope: how many pages, how much content needs writing, how many tools need connecting. Your proposal sets out the exact figure, the timeline and any hosting, email or software costs before you decide.

You can pay 50% to start and 50% on launch. Projects over £1,500 can be split into three instalments instead. See full pricing.

Can you improve my existing website?

Yes. We review what you already have, and where possible we improve and modernise your existing website rather than start again. What's possible depends on what your current site and tools support.

Can I start with just a website?

Yes. A website can be the starting point. Automation can be considered later, when there is a clear task it can help with.

What does “business automation” actually mean?

The repetitive steps happen on their own. Someone sends an enquiry: they get a confirmation, you get a notification, their details are saved — without you copying anything. Reminders, follow-ups and review requests work the same way.

Can you work with the tools I already use?

Often, yes. Booking apps, email, calendars, spreadsheets and social media can usually be connected. We'll check what your tools support before recommending anything.

Do I need to replace my booking system?

Not if it's working for you. We'd build around it, the way we kept Calendly for Baba Yaro, and only suggest a change if it's genuinely holding you back.

Will I own my website?

Ownership of your domain, content and website — and how hosting and handover work — is set out in your proposal before any work starts.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope. Your proposal sets out the timeline upfront, along with the price and any ongoing costs.

What happens after launch?

We walk you through how everything works and make sure you know how to get help. Any ongoing support is agreed in your proposal, including what it costs.
