This notice explains what personal information PAIRVA Digital Solutions collects through this website, why, and what your rights are. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
Who we are
This website is run by PAIRVA Digital Solutions. If you have any questions about this notice or your information, email info@pairvadigitalsolutions.co.uk.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to send us — for example, when you request a free website & workflow review or email us. That can include:
- your name and business name
- your email address, and your phone number if you provide it
- links to your website, social pages or booking page
- what you'd like help with, and anything you tell us about your business
Please don't send us sensitive personal information; we don't need it to review your business.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and carry out the review you asked for.
- To discuss and prepare a proposal, if you'd like one.
- To keep a record of our conversation with you.
We use your information because you've asked us to respond (steps taken at your request before any agreement), and because we have a legitimate interest in following up on enquiries we receive. We won't add you to a marketing mailing list without your permission, and we never sell your information.
Who can see it
Your information is handled by us and by the service providers we rely on to run our business: our email provider, our website host, and Web3Forms, which delivers the review-request form to our inbox. They process it on our behalf and only to provide their services. The form sends your answers to Web3Forms, which emails them to us; it is not stored on this website.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any work that follows, and then delete them.
This website
This website doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site secure and working. See our cookie notice.
Our demo concept pages are for demonstration only. Anything you type into their forms stays in your browser and isn't sent to us.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, or stop or limit how we use it. Email info@pairvadigitalsolutions.co.uk and we'll respond as soon as we can, within the time allowed by law.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.

If we change how we use personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
