Business automation
The follow-up happens, even when you're busy.
Automation simply means the repetitive steps take care of themselves. When somebody sends an enquiry, their details can be saved automatically, they get a confirmation, and you're notified straight away — without copying anything anywhere.
The connected customer journey
A website is only the beginning.
Getting someone to your website is step one. What matters is what happens next — how quickly they hear back, how easily they book, and whether they come back. Here's the whole journey, and which parts your website handles versus what automation does behind it.

These are illustrations of what's possible, not results from client projects. Every workflow is designed around the business, and you stay in control of what gets sent.
For the curious: how does this actually work?
Behind the scenes, we connect your website form, email, calendar and spreadsheets (or a customer-management system if you have one) using established automation tools such as n8n. Each workflow is tested before launch, documented in plain English, and set up so you can see what it's doing. If a tool you already use can do the job, we'll use that rather than add something new.
Getting started
Start with one job, not twenty.
We don't automate everything at once. We start with the step that costs you the most time, get it working properly, then build from there.
- 01
Find the pinch point
Usually it's answering the same question, chasing a reply, or remembering to send a reminder.
A short conversation - 02
Map it in plain English
We write out what should happen, step by step, before anything is built.
You approve the plan - 03
Build and test it
We use the tools you already have wherever we can, and test with real examples.
You see it working - 04
Hand it over
You get plain-English notes on what it does and how to change or switch it off.
Written documentation - 05
Add the next one
Only when the first one has earned its place.
No lock-in
Your next step
Which bit of your week would you automate first?
Tell us how enquiries reach you today and what happens afterwards. We’ll suggest one or two practical places to start — no obligation.
